Over the last Year despite Covid, Scouting in REN has kept going. Initially Groups met by Zoom, still doing badge work but more importantly having fun. From the Summer most Groups started to meet up again, initially outside on their land and then inside and all in a Covid safe environment, all Risk Assessments having being undertaken.
Unfortunately we are back on Zoom, but from the experience gained in the first Lockdown all groups are providing a fun and interesting programme, which is very different to their school work. Seeing the Young People meeting up and the joy on their faces as they once again see their friends is great.
